Friday 2nd
We invite you to meet at Huîtres de Trousse Chemise from 7:00pm.
The principle is simple. Everyone orders and pays at the counter. The menu includes: oysters, prawns, pâté charentais accompanied by fresh bread, aioli or shallot vinaigrette and white wine. We sit down at the communal tables, we are called by our first name when the order is ready and we collect the oysters in a carefully filled crate.
It’s like home, but in the middle of a swamp!

Saturday 3rd
The ceremony will start at 4:30pm
The cocktail at 6:00pm and dinner at around 8:00pm
Please remember to take warm clothing for the evening.
Sunday 4th
The day after the wedding, we would be happy for those of you who have not yet hit the road, to welcome you for a pot luck from 12:00 a.m.
We will provide tea, coffee, bread, pastries and drinks.
Come with any food you would like to share. A salad or fruit for exemple.
There is a market on Sunday mornings in the center of the village of Portes en Ré and in Ars en Ré if needed.
